 <li>Instant notifications empower technicians to accept or decline work assignments in real time, with established escalation pathways to on-call managers to ensure compliance with SLAs.</li>
 <li>Maintains continuous communication regarding request status to customers, keeping them informed of technician assignments, schedules, on-site arrival, work initiation, and completion.</li>
